Zibadasht Villa

About this project

Zibadasht Villa is set on the northern slopes of Karaj: a two-storey volume with a white pitched roof, a mixed stone-and-timber facade and a central courtyard with an open-air pool. The building form is organized by sun path and surrounding views, while the living spaces open to the eastern landscape through full-height glazing. The landscape design — stone paving steps, concealed lighting and native planting — turns the walk from entrance to pool into one continuous experience.
