About this project

Yas Residential Complex in Tehran’s Zafar area is a 2,200 m² project across seven floors, commissioned by Parsab Tadbir Consulting Engineers. The exterior images show light-coloured surfaces, decorative frames, fluted vertical elements and both rectangular and arched openings. Night lighting highlights the arched surround and facade detailing. Interior renderings feature cream and beige tones, wall mouldings, decorative ceilings and classical furniture. Living and dining areas extend along a shared space, while the kitchen features light-coloured panelled cabinetry and a central island.
